The residential housing project Touginhó III, by Architect Raulino Silva, was ranked 3rd in the category Best Residential Project, in the Baku International Architecture Award. This biennial event, aims to reward among others, projects that stand out for their architectural diversity, the emergence of new ideas and new achievements.

Touguinhó III, located in the municipality of Vila do Conde, was another project of the prestigious Portuguese architect, in which Guimágua had the honor of collaborating and from which is very proud to see it once again recognized, after having recently received the highest distinction at the Iconic Award 2017 – German award of the same scope.

Portugal sees this way its name in he highest level of international architecture and the team Guimágua sees reinforced the feeling of being connected to the elite of professionals in the area, congratulating the architect Raulino Silva and his team, for the constant excellence of their work.

Between 15 and 18 November 2017, Guimágua will be in Helsinki to participate in another training session on Sauna, organized by the Finnish company Helo.

The practice of sauna dates back more than 9 thousand years, in a period when nomads invaded Finland, in prehistoric times, being considered since that time a sacred place, a place where body and spirit were purified.

Today, sauna is essentially seen as one of the most relaxing and beneficial therapies for the body, with proven results, among other things, in stress relief, muscle relaxation, release of toxins, skin cleaning and the induction of a deeper sleep.
